For most of us the holidays bring to mind family and friends that we hold dear and the opportunity to spend time with loved ones. Memories of past holiday dinners and special gatherings often flood our minds and inspire us to make plans for even more memories. As the holiday season quickly approaches, I would like to take a moment to thank each of you who have allowed Applewood to be part of those memories and special meals. I have met so many people from all over the country and well the world. Just a few weeks back I met a lovely couple from England and they were so complimentary of our state. We at Applewood absolutely love making your trip a most memorable one. Thanks to all of our Knoxville guests too! We appreciate you all! It is our pleasure to be available to serve you and allow you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the ones you love. My wish for each of you is that you have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas.
